Description
Allow students, in groups or individually, to examine the primary source linked under Resources to the right, while answering the questions below in order. The questions are designed to guide students into a deeper analysis of the source and sharpen associated cognitive skills.Level I: Description 1.List the four main elements of this pamphlet. 2. Define what "The Downtown Get-Away Area" is. Level II: Interpretation 1. When was this pamphlet written? 2. Explain how and why this pamphlet could be useful in the 21st century. Level III: Analysis 1. Develop an emergency evacuation plan for your school. Be sure to include the four main elements you identified in the pamphlet.
